Yuja Wang and David Fung join the LA Phil to explore composer Camille Saint-Saëns’ colorful creatures in The Carnival of the Animals, featuring animations, stories from around the world, and Gustavo Dudamel with his son Martín. Marking the premiere of the second season of the LA Phil’s Sound/Stage, the free online concert series features exclusive performances by Gustavo Dudamel, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and guest artists from around the world.
Created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, this series, filmed at the Hollywood Bowl, brings the LA Phil’s musical offerings to your digital screen, along with interviews, playlists, and program notes that shed new light on each episode’s theme.
