This November, don’t miss the captivating performances by Yuja Wang and Finnish conductor Tarmo Peltokoski as they bring Bartók’s Second Piano Concerto to audiences in Belgium, the Netherlands and the United States. Yuja Wang’s rendition of this challenging piece has garnered acclaim, with The Guardian describing her performance at the 2015 BBC Proms as “masterful and menacing.”
Their journey starts with the Rotterdam Philharmonic: On November 2, you can enjoy Ms. Wang’s performance at Bozar’s Henry Le Boeuf Hall in Brussels, followed by shows on November 3 and 5 at the Grand Hall of De Doelen in Rotterdam.
Later, they will share their artistry in Washington, D.C., at the Kennedy Center, where they will collaborate with the National Symphony Orchestra on November 9, 11, and 12, offering more awe-inspiring interpretations of this iconic composition.
