The Philadelphia Orchestra recently announced that Yuja Wang will open its 2016/17 season, performing Chopin’s Second Piano Concerto under the baton of its Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin. The Verizon Hall concerts, which take place September 22, 23 & 24, 2016, also see the lauded American orchestra in Berlioz’s Symphonie fantastique.
