Yuja Wang & Gautier Capuçon tour Canada and Northeast


Yuja Wang tours with her esteemed colleague, cellist Gautier Capuçon, performing seven duo recitals throughout the United States and Canada. Ms. Wang first met Mr. Capuçon at the Verbier Festival in 2013, where they performed Rachmaninov’s rare chamber work, Sonata for cello in G minor. They reunite to reprise that work and to perform Franck’s Sonata for cello and piano in A major, and Chopin’s Introduction and Polonaise Brillante for cello and piano.

Tour dates include April 3 & 4 at Ordway Concert Hall in St. Paul; April 6 at Jordan Hall in Boston (sold out); April 7 at Palais Montcalm in Quebec; April 8 at Perelman Theater in Philadelphia; April 10 at Carnegie Hall in New York City; and concluding on April 13 at Koerner Hall in Toronto.
